I’m Paul. I have been a chef for over 30 years and have worked in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across Britain.

I have cooking experience at all levels for weddings, contract catering, corporate functions, private dining, outside catering and Michelin star restaurants.

I had always wanted a Wood Fired Oven after seeing them in action on my holidays in Italy. So, in April 2018 I purchased my oven and started Urban Wood Fire.

Now, I can please crowds with handmade pizzas, cooked at 450°C in 60 seconds!

There is no greater feeling than producing great food and seeing the enjoyment of my customers.
